26 American Coach

This was based on a corridor coach design circa 1950s, probably for the Union Pacific.

The model body consisted of cutout windows, with doors at each end, with their grab rails clearly defined.

The livery was silver with 3 red lining stripes on high relief lines along the sides. In the middle of these is what appears to be a coach name plate. These also came in yellow with a grey roof.

It was mounted on two bogies. The bogies were different castings, the leading one had a pin and the trailing one had a towing slot. Detail included coil spring casting between the axles.
